Description: President Lincoln and his top Generals, Sherman and Grant, along with Admiral Porter, confer aboard the River Queen at the Hampton Road Conference on February 3, 1865 near the end of the Civil War. Art depicts Lincoln holding papers while Grant points to a place on the map spread out on the table.

(note: the date on the front of the positive is March 27, 1865??)
