Description: 3" x 7" portrait on letter size paper. Artist Lloyd Ostendorf was attending the G.O.P. Lincoln Day Dinner on February 12, 1987 and at his table he sketched the President. At that time, Phil Wagner was his agent and he gave Phil the original to copy in his office.
